Scope of the “Three Guarantees”

1. A malfunction in which the vehicle cannot operate normally due to poor design or manufacturing quality of components or assemblies;

2. Failures caused by welding defects;

3. Due to poor manufacturing and assembly quality, the control system may fail or leak.

4. If the user operates the product in strict compliance with the provisions set forth in the company’s product manual (and not due to a vehicle accident), and the performance parameters conform to the specifications outlined in the manual, any quality issues shall be handled in accordance with the following principles.

(1) Frame: The longitudinal beams and suspension brackets are covered by a one-year or 25,000-kilometer warranty.

(2) Axle: A. Optical axis: one year or 25,000 kilometers of driving. B. Brake discs, wheel hubs, bearings, dust caps, and oil seals: one year or 25,000 kilometers of driving;

(3) Towing pin: one year or 25,000 kilometers of driving;

(4) Wheel rims, leaf springs, tie rods, relay valves, support assemblies, brake chambers, adjusting arms, and spare‑tire brackets: one year or 25,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.

For situations where on-site service is deemed necessary, we commit to the following response times: within 24 hours for locations within the province; within 48 hours for neighboring provinces; within 72 hours for more distant provinces; and for special regions, we will coordinate with the customer to arrange delivery according to an agreed-upon schedule.
